IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.
BBF is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts BBF before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.
If you place an order and provide BBF with the incorrect address and your package is shipped and returned to BBF due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a re-shipping fee to have the item re-shipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the re-shipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item becomes property of BBF with no refund issued.
