STANDARD Shipping: 1st Class USPS 3-7 business days from ship date, not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

PRIORITY INSURED Shipping: Priority USPS Up To $50 Insurance For Lost or Stolen Packages, 1-3 business days from ship date, not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

PRIORITY PLUS INSURED Shipping: Signature Required Priority USPS, Entire Amount Of Package Insured For Lost or Stolen Packages

1-3 business days from the ship date, not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY INSURED AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS AND THEY  WILL REIMBURSE UP TO $50 FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL.

IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY PLUS AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE THE FULL VALUE OF PACKAGE.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Incorrect Address: BBF is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts FBF before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.

If you place an order and provide FBF with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to FBF due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of FBF, with no refund issued. 

Discount Codes:

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with store credits, bundle deal discounts, ambassador discount codes or gift cards. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Pick Up/Delivery: We do not offer pick ups for online orders nor delivery of online orders.

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct (size, address, payment, etc.)
